The website gives an idea of how people are reacting to certain events or words. For example, I typed in Trump and was split in the middle 50/50 if they were happy or upset. It is very revealing to how people feel in the moment.

Yes it provides insight into the data, specifically how people feel, topics, timeline, where they're doing it, and all tweets. It could improve by elaborating the visualizations more.
